Mpumalanga: The Gert Sibande District is in deep mourning following the sudden passing of two devoted public servants — Cllr Victor Dudley of Gert Sibande District Municipality and Cllr Jabulile Cebile Hildigart Ndebele of Chief Albert Luthuli Municipality.
